Michelle Patricia Lewis

Michelle in life, was the most memorable person ever. Everything about her... her laugh, her nature
and more importantly her bubbley personality. For me michelle was more like a sister. We lived next
door to eachother from about the age of 8 but we had known eachother from school also. We spent
every day together and i do mean that in the most literal way. we shared all our secrets and we went
through some really bad times together. life without her for me has always felt like there was
someone missing. michelle left behind her mum (her other best mate) terri her little sister who was
in our gang haha. alison her older sister. And john her baby brother... he clung to her like she was
his mum he loved her to bits he was only 3 when she died.
Michelle was involved in a road traffic accident on the 18th march 2000.
The accindent took place on 18th march 2000
She, myself our friends Stacey (who was also hit) and Stephany were out one day at this place we
used to go to near Speke we called "the daddy". It was a lovey little stream at the edge of a wooded
area and right next to the speke boulevard road. We were making our making our way back home from
"the daddy" me and steph took the bridge way across the road and michelle and stacey unfortunatly
took the main road to get to a near by daffodill field.
Stacey was critical and michelle was surviving souley on life support she was pronounced dead the
next day.
I lost the best friend i could ever wish for, i do feel she is still with me. I dream of her alot.
especially when i feel low and have no one to talk to that will inderstand. Its like her way of
sayin shes there for me.
